Every Tuesday I appear on AM 640 Toronto (640 AM) on The Stafford Show. Mike Stafford is a good friend and long time host on the station and I started doing 30 minute live tech help calls (no prep, seat of the pants) with him in early 2005, then I was forced to take a break because of my schedule, but now I am back.

• Andy’s writing a new sci-fi book about jet-packs and other neat tech.
• Craig has WinXP home and mouse roll-overs annoy him. There’s a way to fix it.

• Kevin is having trouble backing up his files on CD. There’s a program he can use instead…
• Mike has to press F1 when he boots up his computer to use WinXP and the internet. Huh? Hint – he just installed a new hard drive.
• Robert’s wondering if Windows Live Care is worth his money - $19.99 for a year?
• Mark’s 80GB Tivo is too small for him and he wants to upgrade it.
