The Windows 95 installation CD has a printer troubleshooting program that may help in the event of printer problems. Follow these simple steps to find it:

  1. Put the CD in your drive.
  2. Browse to the folder called d:othermiscepts (where d: is your CD-ROM drive).
  3. Double-click on EPTS.EXE.
  4. Now follow the instructions that the program displays.
